I got a lease with Lodge on Perrin Creek in June and within two weeks, my apartment had been broken into twice and had a window smashed, my closet and front doors kicked open and unsecureable, and my bicycle and television stolen. The staff was very slow about having the door and window fixed and only got around to having it done when we had a JAG lawyer calling their office, who they hung up on and lied to about not knowing who their district manager was. This all happened within 2-3 days and I am still trying to get out of that apartment because they are giving me a hard time about getting out of the lease, even though I am a single female and it is very unsafe for me. People are always walking up to you when you go outside and asking you if you want to buy crack or cocaine, it has happened to me and my friends a number of times. The people above me are constantly getting into drunken fistfights and shouting matches and making racially motivated threats.

The Lodge is across the street from a porn store and Section 8 housing, the kids from across the street come over and swim in the pool all the time and apartments that are not lived in become squatter/addict havens, which is what happened with the one I moved into (of course, not having been told that it was frequented by squatters and addicts). It took the San Antonio Police to tell me that. Please do not waste your time with this place, I am living a nightmare and it is even affecting my ability to carry out my military mission.

Thats funny...I moved in her a few months ago and I have had absolutely no problams at all!! I live by the pool-I always see management monitoring it. As a matter of fact, a couple of weekends ago, just after midnight I was stopped by two gentleman who flashed a SAPD badge and asked for my ID. At first, I was insulted, but then they introduced themselves as Courtesy Officers for the property which I thought was awesome!! I do see the police there sometimes, but management is with them, so I am happy they are involved or as i sit on my balcony, I just see them patroling throught the complex. I like to entertain myself with this website and frequently come on here to see what the ratings are where i live or use to live. It never fails, that where I previously lived or currently live, someone always has something negative to say and I have always had a pleasant experience. Maybe, the people who have problems have people they know follow them with their own problems they started in the first place!!! Just happy to live here!!!!!

That's funny.... I moved in a few months ago and I have experiened the same thing. I would not recommend this apartment complexa to anyone. And as for you Anonymous it's only been a couple of months just wait until you have been there 6 months then your tune will change. This place is unbelivable.

My fiance and I moved here 5 months ago and we HATE IT!!!!! The people in the front act as if they have no brain and they run around in circles like roaches whenever someone complains. The mailbox is broken so I hope you don't get any important mail (yeah right!!!) We also have ants in the kitchen every morning we wake up. We are very clean but they still manage to find something to get into. Oh did I mention we have a MOUSE!!! I kid you not. We have to keep our bread in the microwave because if we don't our little unwelcome friend will eat it. We have told the people in the front, we have written letters, we have called and they have yet to do anything about it. Creapy people are always around and they are drunk or high. I am terrified to go out at night with out my man. I agree with this lady STAY AWAY!!! DON'T EVEN BOTHER LOOKING!!!!
