I rented there for a year and was MISERABLE the whole time! First off the management promised to have the gated entry fixed which up until I left 1 year later was still BROKEN. Their excuse was that the company that installed it no longer existed, therefore they couldn't get it fixed; what kind of BULL was that'! There's a housing complex across the street from which they're tenants are constantly crossing over to sale DRUGS and engage in other CRIMES. Numerous times the POLICE were called to LODGE ON PERRIN CREEK for reports on various DISTURBANCES. Their maintenance crew consisted of one man which meant that you would have to wait FOUR WEEKS, like I most often did, to get anything fixed. One time it took them 2 WEEKS to fix my A/C and they NEVER offered any type of compensation for the inconvenience!!! The complex has 2 pools that were NEVER CLEAN, one of which was so DIRTY it LOOKED and SMELLED like a SWAMP. I have PICTURES to PROVE it! Their staff would constantly BEAT AROUND THE BUSH instead of giving you a straight answer for any of your concerns. When the time came to get my deposit back there were OUTRAGEOUS MADE UP CHARGES not to mention it took numerous phone calls and SERVERAL MONTHS to finally receive my DEPOSIT CHECK!!!! NEVER MAKE THIS YOUR HOME!
