I moved into these apartments after my divorce. I am military. Let me give you my honest review of this place.

1. First problem was no hot water for 2 weeks during the winter months. Lack of care for residents.

2. Various fees that are to this day still unknown to me that I had to pay these people.

3. They DO NOT support the military clause even though they state that they do as well as this being written into the lease agreement.

4. Management is rude, uncaring, and should be replaced. Even some of their maintenance workers and other management staff have left their employment there because of the primary managers.

5. Upon receiving orders to leave San Antonio, I notified them. Unfortunately I was not able to give them a 30 day notice. I ended up paying for a full month living there for only 10 more days in that particular month.

6. I just received a bill for $1597.00 for various 'fees', another full month of rent, plus water, carpet cleaning (which was not clean when I moved in), fee for early termination of the lease (eh, I'm military. I advise ALL military personnel to stay away from this place.)

7. Drug dealers in these apartments. Gunshots on various nights. Not a place for children.

8. Many, many more reasons that are too numerous to list. I repeat, DO NOT rent from these apartments.
