I WAS a three year tenant and could not be happier to have moved out! I have only one word MICE. My two bedroom was infested with mice. The office staff took nearly a week to get pest control to my apartment. NOTHING was done about the epidemic! I had to lay my own traps. Once pest control arrived he made me aware of all the hidden wholes in the walls that made my apartment a housing place for the rodents. This place is disgusting. The outside is well maintained but the inside of the apartments fall apart just as soon as you get settled. I cant even recall the several work order request I put in. Now to move on to safety, I have has numerous break ins including a vehicle and my apartment. The ONLY thing management cares about is the rent and charging outlandish fees when you move out. The security gates are never operating properly, the night lamps are never on at night which is a safety hazard in my opinion. The pool and laundry facilities are usually taken over by the complex across the street! Lastly this complex is infested with drug dealers and prostitutes. NOT SAFE FOR YOU OR YOUR CHILDREN>
