Renewing my lease

I have been here just under a year. Yesterday I came in to renew my lease and the staff asked me if I would mind sending in a review. I am happy to do it. Yes, there were some issues when I first moved here in January. But in the past few months, since they hired the new manager, things have really improved. First they built dumpster enclosures to make the dumpster area look nicer. Then they upgraded the lighting. I also heard that they hired additional maintenance staff and so small repairs are being done much faster.
I like the location, about 3/4 of a mile to I-35 and from there it's only a few minutes to Fort Sam. It's also about half a mile to I-410.
