I think it's pretty good here. We have one of the upgraded apartments. They cost a little more but they're worth it. Heck, even with the additional cost for the upgraded apartment, this place is still a pretty good deal.

My wife and I have two cars, but there is plenty of parking and it's well lit at night.

We're a short walk from the pool and with the nice weather these past few days, we spent some time just sitting out there. (It wasn't warm enough to swim, but it was warm enough to sunbathe.)

We haven't had any problem with any of our neighbors. There was a guy who played his music a little loud one night but when my wife told him to turn it down, he did it right away and apologized. I mentioned it to the management when I was paying my rent and they said if it happens again, just to call the emergency number for the property and they would send someone to talk to him immediately.

I work at Randolph AFB so it doesn't take me long to get to work. My wife works at the airport so she's pretty close, too.

We did have a problem with our AC after we had been here a few days , but it got fixed right away.
