Nice place to live

I have been a resident since 2001, and honestly I have had an overall good experience here. My lease was up last March and I drove around the area looking for another complex, but I sincerely found the Marquis to be superior to those in the area in maintenance, office staff and overall appearance, while keeping their price competitive in comparasion to others. Whenever any problems with maintenance ( which weren't many ), they will usually send their guys the following morning.
I would recommend this complex to friends.
