Everything was peachy until the end.

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003
I lived there for 6 months. Everything was great except parking on the right side of the complex where my apartment was located.
I decided to move out because of the parking situation. I was tired of coming home only to find that there wasn't anywhere to put my car. On several occasion I had to park my car across Lockhill-Selma. That is just ridiculous for 650 bucks per month.
So, back to the subject. Everything was great about the apartment. The management was very friendly until I turned in my move-out notice. After this the management got very rude, and acted very stubborn on many occasions.
Upon moving out there was a disagreement about the cleaning of the apartment. Basically I was charged 330 dollars for ruined carpet and a dirty bathroom. The carpet was a bit dirty, but the bathroom was cleaned very well. They charged for cleaning the bathroom as one big charge, and then they itemized on top of that. So the invoice had a charge for each on of these: Bathroom, Mirror, Toilet, Tub, Floor, Sink. Now, I think it's very unethical to itemize on top of a general charge for cleaning service.
330 dollars is a fairly trivial amount of money and I wasn't upset about having to pay for the carpet. I was more upset about the unethical billing for cleaning.
And just for the record, I did clean my apartment thoroughly. I don't think it would have mattered though, I think they just did what they had to do to get every penny they could out of me. I felt used. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
