Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004
I am responding to the previous review as well as to all other reviews on this site. The property has gone through a change in management three times. It was purchased last year by the current company. So the person that had an issue in 2001, it was the management company that had about 6 different manager's within a one year time frame. To the people that had reasons beyond their control that had to break their lease contracts, we are truly sorry and we would do anything we could to help them. Unfortunatly when a legal lease agreement is signed, their is not much that can be done to waive any fees. As a resident you expect the management to uphold the lease contract to your benefit, we have to do the same. It is unfortunate that apartments get bad reveiws by the previous residents that default in their lease agreements and want to blame the management. We appreciate those residents/previous residents that share their good experiences with the apartment seekers.
