Agree with the mediocre comment

I'd have to concur with the previous post - it wasn't the absolute WORST place to live but there wasn't anything exactly stellar about it either. It seems to be a haven for the "college student" and all that the stereotype entails. Loud stereos in cars, loud people coming home after the bars close, etc. Please keep in mind I'm only in my mid-twenties and just recently out of graduate school...I've just attained non-college student status, so the previous statements are not a dig at all students. I was also charged for bogus cleaning fees upon move-out, but sadly, refused to argue because I knew it would get me nowhere (charging for an "unswept porch" when I lived on the first floor and the grounds people mowed and trimmed around the area constantly' please). I agree with the office staff situation...the only helpful person was the office manager. Insects were a major issue and it was not unusual to find yourself taking a bath with a couple to ten swordfish who decided to join you. Blech!! Other than those situations, living here was not paradise by any stretch, but it was a roof over my head and served it's purpose for the year.
