Worst place to live

This is the worst apartment complex - For advertising as a A community you would expect to have an office staff and maintenance staff who are reliable - That is not the case here - the staff could careless about any issues you are having - Property has construction supplies stacked up in the parking lot which causes parking problems, trash dumpsters are overflowing on weekends, gates do not work - and when they work you cannot open them from your phone so you have to go to the front and use your card while your guest wait, strange people wandering around in the evenings. I can't wait to move!

To Melissa (I think that's your name),
I was in the office, apt. 1214, the day you came in because your car was towed for parking in a reserved parking space. I witnessed you yelling at the manager for not towing any one else who parked in a parking space that was not rented by them. You came in to talk to the manager because you claim she never has time to talk to you, but you are the one who said you had to leave. I have had comlaints in the past about people leaving their trash by their door and not enough parking, but I know for a fact that they send letters out trying to keep it under control. The staff always goes out of their way to find out who is violating the leases. The maintenance staff is always as on top of things as they can be. To me it looks like a hard job to manage an apartment community. I would not want the job. There are construction supplies because they are repainting the buildings to make the property look nicer. So you say it is not an A community? Would that be why they are taking the time to fix it up? I do notice dumpsters overflowing on weekends, but I know that the trash people come at least three times a week because I see the trash men. I never see any strange people wandering around at night. I love living here. It is DEFINITELY and A community!!

That's funny. I know for a fact they don't tow on any regular basis. There was someone in our spot just last night and after many calls and much frustration we were told BY THE MANAGER THERESA there was nothing she could do till morning. Yea, REAL concerned with making sure the customer is taken care of. It's not that managing an apt is necessarily hard, it is that people are LAZY and don't believe in customer service any more. As far as letters? In the year I have lived here, I have seen 2 reminders to pick up dog turds and ONE reminder not to KEEP trash on your porch. Not a reminder of when trash pick up is or when to put it out, just a reminder not to store trash on your porch? If this quantifies sufficient effort to remedy the problems for you, then by all means keep on loving it.
