Even after reading your commentary I'm still not quite sure why you re so unhappy. As a resident here myself I have never encountered problems as you're describing. In my opinion the management has always handled problems especially since they have been here for so long and knows the property. Maybe you should remember that there are far worst places to live and your expectations are unfair when it comes to your complaints. How can you expect management to run out in all hours in the night to handle your problems' Don't you know other people have to sleep as well' Shouldn't we remember to treat all our neighbors humanly since we are all human and make mistakes and time is needed to correct any that might occur. I will end this note by saying I love it here at The Manor and consider it a privilege to live here.

I am assuming you are responding to my review. More power to you if you are happy. I am unhappy mainly because I feel ripped off when someone says "we will reserve this parking spot for you for a certain amount of money per month, and if someone steals a days use from you we will tow the car" maybe you don't consider it stealing, I do. Maybe someone blowing smoke is ok for you, for me it's not. Maybe you can't tell when someone is blowing smoke. Maybe you don't have a problem with stupid residents leaving trash around the property (maybe you're not here on weekends?) and no attempts from management to correct the problem. I call it incompetence, do I expect them to be able to control every resident? No, that would be folly. I would like to see an effort though. Maybe you like having to make several calls to fix the same thing, then find out the problem getting it fixed is because the 'new' maintenance guy doesn't know what the last guy did or didn't do. Toss in an incompetent manager that seems to have no idea how to lead and it puts the icing on the cake.

So I guess you're saying asking the answering service to tow a car in my spot at night is expecting too much? That's laughable. Anyone that has been in or around A or even some B properties can tell you it's not that complicated to tow a car, a simple phone call to the tow company. It's hardly asking anyone but the tow truck guy, let alone the manager, to come out and deal with my problems in the middle of the night. Like I said in my first post, not the worst but there are definitely better.

Well, Hoss27...I do know that there is an effort to control the trash issues because I have been in the office and seen them type the letters. I also get the notices off my door. I guess you let yours blow off, therefore contributing to the trash problem. If I can read through this attitude of yours, I see a very lazy, male shovenist person. (can't call you a man) I feel sorry for your roomate or spouse. I am sure she is very unhappy but afraid to tell you. As for the maintenance, they have a great maintenance team there and the manager is very competent, maybe you feel threatened by her because she probably has a better job than you do. As for towing, what would you do if you lived in a home??? expect your mortgage company to tow a vehical for you? ha. probably would be something you would expect. Long story short, I get so tired of losers that put down apartment management for the most mundane things. Grow up and get a little.
