Yea I lived here back in 2005 when it was the Marquis. I loved it. I have moved out north of town and now I am thinkin about goin back. The people where very friendly and when I needed somethin done it was done. The place was beautiful and actually a friend of mine lived there for 2 years. They just last month left (military purposes) and he loved it there. I never had a problem with noisey neighbors. But I guess thats just the luck of the draw. The pool area was beautiful and I think the property as a whole was well kept.The ONLY thing was parking, even then it wasnt a nightmare. Yep I am definatly lookin at goin back.
