sounds like mgmt. is writing the good reviews! and lashing out at the bad ones.
just got a noe on my door something about sexual assault! if we had any info. call
911! these apts.have changed names 3 times ,maint. 4 or 5! The fence in the back
of the apts. that seperate us from the noisy as hell! complex next door is
crashed in and has a big hole in it again to let anybody in!! apts. next door!
super run down! really loud tejano,mexican regional,and rap! weekends forget it!
by the way i do love all this music but not blasting!!! oh yeah lots of drunks
yelling and screaming!!! one of the gates by the pool is chained annoying! the
breezeways of most! are discusting!! stained,grimey,so dirty really gross!!
broke the windows of about 10 cars that i know of! they just fixed the lights!
they did'nt work for month's and the gate too! the comment about the leasing! so
true! we dont have trash pick up anymore! but that is the tenants fault!! we were warned
many times about leaving trash on certain days and between certain hours,and many
tenants ruined it, by leaving trash during the day and all weekend!
the apts. are really geting runned down! i must agree that is not the case when you
pull up to the office!lush landscaping,trees,pretty furnished office,pristine!
everything else though not so pretty!!

The tenants were a scapegoat. Garbage pickup was cancelled due to staffing issues. And the gate is broken again: guests who input an apartment number to call are greeted with "CODE 112".
