Yes the landscaping is nice, and it appears to be a wonderful haven by the outside, but once living here we realized this place SUCKS!
We've lived in several apartment communities, and NEVER have we been treated so rudely! There has been quite some turn over in the office it seems, and the girls keep getting worse.... I went to the office questioning why the gate wouldn't open to let me in and was asked, "do u even live here'" If i didn't live here, i sure as hell wouldn't move in!
Several occasions i have come home after dark and NO lights were on in the hallway of my building, I had to use the light on my cell phone as a flash light because it was PITCH BLACK! How safe is that' when i mentioned it to the maitence men in passing he acted like he didn't believe me.
Another issue we have had with the office, is, I accidently locked my roommate out while she was at the gym, the office had no desire to help her get in, because she didn't have her id with her...HELLO....they keep them on file......couldn't they work with her somehow'
The only reason we agreed to stay another year is because they didn't raise our rent due to the construction on Lockhill-Selma. Boy do we regret that decision!
