Ok so thank God we are outta there! First off the people in the office are extremely RUDE and unhelpful, all except for Tara. Our truck was broken into on two seperate occasions, thanks to the ghetto behind the complex, I swear I think our radios funded two childrens birthday parties because after each break in there was a birthday party that weekend. Of course mangament did nothing about this, no notices, no upped security, NOTHING! Just a "I'm sorry to hear that". The complex is very dark at night so be careful if you walk around. There is only one trash compactor on site and is gets full pretty quickly so the tenats must put their trash on the side so it piles up. Parking is horrible especially on the weekend so be prepared to walk half a mile to your apartment. The first day I moved in the dishwasher was broken and never was repaired. As the months went on my fiance became sick and was constantly coughing, when checking out the apartment we found mold on all of the air vents. All in all we had a horrible time here.

OMG All you people do is complain complain complain Boo Hoo Boo Boo Hoo. The Manor at Castle Hills was a great place for me. I had a two bedroom two bath apartment and it was perfect. The management was extremley nice especially Lisa and Omar. Very helpful maintenence staff and they came rather quickly to fix any issues we had. As far as it being dark, that is also not true because I used to walk around the property sometimes at 2 or 3 in the morning and had no issues. Yes there is government housing behind the complex but that is not the complex's fault so you cannot blame them and of course there is nothing they can do about a break in because it is your property, your vehicle and your belongings. Here is a tip for you (LOCK YOUR VEHICLE AND CHECK YOUR SURROUNDINGS BEFORE LEAVING YOUR CAR) Also DONT BUY EXPENSIVE STEREO'S or other crap because first of all they are a waste of money second of all they are annoying as all heck especially the ones with loud base to them. Some people dont have any respect for anyone when entering and exiting the community. I lived at the Manor for 4 years and had not one problem that was life threatning so dont critisize a complex when u probobly only lived there for less then a year or one year. If you dont like apartment living do yourself a favor BUY A HOUSE and pay out the wazooo in interest.

First off, shut the ---- up! Second, that may have been your experience but if you noticed I was writing about MINE! I didn't say that the apartment complex should have up and moved because of the ghetto ass apartments behind them, I was pointing them out. Yes I understand it was my property, my vehicle, and my belongings. I was just saying how the office did nothing further about this. Such as: a notice to other tenants because we weren't the only ones whos car got broken into. And yes BROKEN into meaning the doors WERE locked, face plate off of the radio. These -------s broke the window both times to get them. So as far as your "tip" goes, you can shove it up your ass because that's apparently where your talking from. And thanks I did myself a favor and moved the hell out of there and found a better place.
