Marbach Manor apartments are not kept up at all. The security gates do not work, the grounds are littered with beer cans/bottles, diapers, and trash. Police raids are a common event. Just a couple nights ago, someone was shot. The managers son had the police called on him for hitting his girlfriend and refusing to let her or the baby leave the apartment, and this guy is the assistant manager. Management doesn't care about anything, unless something happens to her children who live inside the complex. The manager allows her boyfriend to live in an apartment on the complex for free. Our apartment has moldy and stained carpet in the bedroom, water pours from the bathtub faucet when it is shut completely off. This is the most horrible complex I have ever lived in. Your vehicle isn't even safe. People steal cars and break into them trying to steal them. This is definitely not a safe complex to live in, especially if you have children. Before renting here, I would call the San Antonio Police department, and ask how many calls they get for assistance at this apartment complex.
