First I would like to start off by saying that these are the worst apartments that anyone could ever live. I lived in them four years ago they were in some what better shape(not much better). I had seen everything when I into these apartments. Anything,from drug deals in the middle of the to someones dead body being carried down from building.There hookers that lived all around us.There was man who liked to follow the kids to and from school and onto the property.We all made numerous coplaints nothing ever got done, until we did it. Fixing the apartment was no different the first time or this last time. The maintence people all do drugs.Maybe thats why mangement and maintence got rid of the people who they sold them.As far recent event go at the apartments it the until I was moving out to fix a vent that shocked everyone.I was told that I was crazy. There child preditors on property and men that like to assult grown and boys. How I know this I"ve seen the reports as the would come in. I had to file report once because of neighbors boyfriend was messing with the young at the pool. You tell management the don't listen or they just don't care. To them it's all about getting there money for David Starr and The Lynd Company. They don't care at what happens to their residents.You tell me wouldyou ever live place where can't walk outside at night because is no secure place to walk around. None of the security gates work. Let lone the laundry rooms are always open. There are people that can't afford any other place to live. I would not advise anyone to move to these apartments, the cops are there just about night, and from what I've told someone gat shot there. This nothing new to Marbach Manor Apartments. About a month after I moved in, there was 16 years boy shot and killed in the breeze of the 3 building and in the 5 building there a lady raped in front of her door. I could go on and on about all the things wrong with these apartments. Just ask anyone who has lived there about all the mold in the walls and carpet and the ceilings fall in the bath rooms. They'll tell save your and find a better place to live. To end this the only reason moved back to these apartments we needed some where to live and we knew the manger. The all the mangers still the money from your rent or petty cash to buy their drugs or as Margie Rameriz did bought a truck and the drugs. All the maintence did drugs with her. Everyone who these people tell the same. The new management is just as bad. thank you for your time and good luck to everyone who's looking for a new apartment. Just don't these ones.
