Marbach Park Apartments

Things Aren't Always Best 2nd Time Around From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/3/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   I don't want to be too specific cause I haven't moved out yet. The Lynd Co owns it now. I used to live here before and it was quiet,well kept,working class neighbors. Now the sidewalks have mud all the time. Residents drink outside. The lighting is poor. The apartments are old and you can hear all your neighbors. They accept lower class people like Section 8 Housing. The office staff is very rude especially Ginger. The maintenance is lazy. Several residents get together and slip notes to the office but nothing is ever done. Do not move here unless you don't care about things like this.
