Moving to San Antonio for the first time and being in the military I wanted something close. I chose Marbach Park. I enjoy living here. The management is nice although maintenance could be better. It does take awhile to get things fixed. It is not as bad as people make it to be. The grounds are usually clean. The gates do need to be fixed
