THESE APTS ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY From: evianwata Date posted: 10/6/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   Hi my name is Tok and I live in apartment 1413. At first when I moved in, they were really friendly but as soon as one month passed, none of my maintenance requests has ever been taken care of. I've been asking for my ceiling fan switch to be repaired over 9 times calling them. They kept telling me that they will get to it by the end of the day. Still today after living there for two months, they still have not came to fix the problems. These apartments have ant problems as well too. The aparment conditions really really are not that great as they look. The patio doors get stuck and same with the main entrance doors. When I turned in my rent BY HAND the 3rd of the month before 8 AM (which is still considered ON TIME), I found a note on my door on the 6th saying that I have a late balance due. This is really ridiculous. This shows just how much they really care about their residents. I want to get out of my lease. It only took me a month to realize that I chose to wrong apartment.
