My husband found all these reviews after I had leased the apartment, and I am very disappointed and upset especially for everyone whose had trouble living here at Marbach Park. So far my, experience hasn't been the worst, but I would call it less than great. I encourage EVERYONE to contact the Better Business Bureau to voice their complaints, google the name for the website! Customer service hasn't been that great when I had a problem with the carpet tacks poking into my and my 4 year's old feet, they've never done anything about it and when I told them the problem is getting worse and the carpet is lifting up off the floor the girl in the office seemed more interested in the keys she was holding than what I saying to her. She barely acknowledged my presence. I think there might also be a rodent problem, mice or rats or something, because some canvas bags are getting chewed into. The tiles in the bathroom are old and coming off the ground, and the dishwasher smells disgusting and I have never even used it. the best thing I can say about these apartments is that I am very happy with the floorplan, it's nice and oversized, but everything else about this place kinda sucks. although my overall experience here hasn't been awful, I'm most upset to hear about how many other people have had problems here and nothing is being done about it. It really pisses me off. I encourage everyone to keep a log of all the problems you have and take pictures when you can, make copies and send it to the owners and the Better Business Bureau, for those of you who are experiencing roach, mice or other pest problems, call the health department. If enough of us do this kind of thing, something can be done. Call channel 4 for that reporter who calls out bad businesses.
