I am writing this review for my girlfriend. She is a resident and we stay at each others place from time to time. Tommorrow makes 3 DAYS! that her A/C is broken she lives on the third floor and the thermostat in her unit is reading just over 90??. She has a pet that stays in house all day while she is at work. I have seen her contact the after hours emergency line at least four times because the heat was so unbearable the home was unlivable and she was told they would not do anything at the moment. the next day she contacted the leasing office and they keep giving her the run-around. 3 days of unbearable heat. That is unacceptable! I went on line to find the property Management Company and found this place instead. Word to the wise: Heed these comments. This property fails all management and maintenance standards and customer service expectations.
