Ever since the new management has taken over everything has gone down hill. they do nothing and the stupid temp they have at the front desk knows nothing about the apartments and constantly gives you the run-around. The manager is nice, but the rest of her employees take advantage of that. Supposedly they have no money to fix any problems this place has. I mean we reported a hole in the ceiling that was leaking water into our apartment and its been almost 3 weeks and we still have the hole. If you plan on living here i hope you really like the heat because the AC's also don't work
