Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007
The first thing you notice is that the office people encourage you to shop around for apartments. Not a good sign.
Then, you will see the half-erased graffitti inside the premises. Not good either.
Then, should you decide to give them a try, you will see they will blatantly ignore your pleas for them to fix the apartment.
Vertical blinds that dont' close. Toilet that does not work. 50 lb ceiling fan hanging loose. Insects inside lighting fixtures. Holes on floor.
Not worth the 530 a month they are charging.
