My daughter and her kids just moved into these apartment last month, and I can hardly wait until her LEASE is up so that I CAN GET HER THE HELL OUT OF THERE. The apartment was a mess, we had to clean it up before we started to move all of her stuff in. The refrigerator, stove, bathroom..everything was dirty. She was missing light fixtures in the apartment, the sliding door wouldn't open, the bathroom had a hole in the ceiling..i can go on and on. TODATE nothing has been fixed, she has called them in the office over and over and they insist the maintenance man has the work orders but nothing is getting done. I've seen NO maintenance man on site, so I don't know what the heck is going on. My daughter won't let me interfer, but I am ready to contact the owners in Dallas, I am going over the management company if things don't get done right away. If you plan to move to these apartments, I hope you know what you are doing......
