My roommate and I initially chose these apartments for their price, location, and size. Honestly, we expected much worse. We don't have roaches (I guess it's a matter of how clean you keep your place). However, we were getting lizards in the begining because there was a big gap at the top of our front door which we fixed ourselves. The locks on the door are difficult to deal with. My roommate has broken two keys so far. You literally have to lift the door while turning the key to close it. We reported it to the office at the very beginning and of course they never fixed it like they promised. Same goes for the storage door, which doesn't close all the way. The apartment was given to us relatively clean with new carpeting. We discovered the counter surfaces are painted, as is the toilet. Haha. Cheap. The complex is kept up ok. They got the gates working and now have a courtesy patrol officer. I've never had any problems with noise, vandalism, or theft. That's pretty much all my complaints as far as the actual apartment goes. Not amazing, but not too bad. Unfortunately, the management is a bit more dissapointing. One day we got a notice that we had not paid our rent. Fortunately we always keep a signed copy of every payment! We notified Ellie or Elliot (I don't remember her name) and she was very nice and apolegetic about it. Days later we get another notice and go through the same thing all over again. The end right' Nope. A few weeks later we get an eviction notice. Seriously! Me and my roommate went to the office once again and the manager basically blames the incident on us, saying we didn't put the apartment number on the money order and the payment was accidentally credited to someone else. Ok... then why is the apt. number on the copy that we have!' Luckily we didn't have to make the payment twice. The manager is rude and unproffesional and the other woman (I think her name is Coreena) can be catty, but on some days she's OK. The only one that's really nice and I feel comfortable dealing with is Ellie. We've had a few more issues with them saying we hadn't paid by the way. Overall, it's acceptable for the price I'm paying ($480 for medium 1 bedroom plan). I think the prices have gone up quite a bit though, and I wouldn't pay more than i am for what's being offered (which is why I wouldn't reccomend the complex to anyone). 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C

Yeah, I used to live here and have yet to receive my deposit. It will be a year in November that I have been given the runaround by the manager, Coreena. I have started to call every week now instead of every month, like they tell me to. Then the strangest thing happened. Coreena, told me she's never heard of me or has never spoken to me in her life. Bold faced liar. I have called her numerous times. Oh only about 45 times in the past month or so. Trying to get me off their back isn't going to help any, lady! Ellie has been the kindest lady there. She is understanding about the whole thing and wants me to get my deposit back. Hell, I passed the damn inspection with flying colors. I feel sorry for you guys there now. I've said it before and I'll say it again. Good people don't deserve this kind of treatment by them. I can understand treating all the thugs and sleazies that way, but honest, hard working people? Come on. At least try.

I moved in October of 2009 and it's OK. The walls are paper thin (I can hear every footstep from the neighbors upstairs), but overall it's all right. The property seems to be well maintained and I haven't had any serious problem with noise or vandalism or theft. HOWEVER, my bathtub has had a slow drain since I moved in and I have called, called and called and even gone to speak to the manager and they just tell me, "Okay. We'll make a worker order." But someone has YET to come and fix it. Maintenance is either not doing their job or the management couldn't care less.
