i chose these apartments because i thought it was in a good location and it was a nice place. boy was i wrong! yeah its located where everything is in walking distance. but the apartments itself it bad! before i completed a month mine and my husbands car was broken into because the lights in the parking lot werent working and we talked to managment and they said they arent responsible for theft. so we told them from the time we moved in the car was fine but the day the lights go out the car gets broken into. well a month later our car was set on fire. and again the management and staff just stood around watching like its some kind of show. several tenants came up to us and told us sorry for what happend and they told us that they also live in fear like we do now. we now think this has to be the worst place to live. they have sapd living on property but if thats so then why is theft and stuff like this still continuing. our neighbor whom we got along with so well told us he was moving out. well the next day we came home from work and seen him packing his truck up and he said his car got broken into a few dayz after ours did but all it had to take was to see a car set on fire to actually make him decide this isnt the place for him. which is true! this place isnt for anyone! even the laundry room gets vandalized. so if your looking for a safe environment i'd advise you to look elsewhere. especially if you have children these apartments arent safe at all.

I totally agree, this place is really bad. When we lived there it was just horrible, a car had gotten it's tires stolen and was put on cement blocks right outside our apt. The place was infested with roaches, and the exterior of the building had huge cracks. A relative of mine who lived there also had a drug bust above her apt, and the person jumped down into her balcony. That place really needs to have something done about it. The people there take no responsibility for anything.
