Excellent Location, Extremely Poor Management From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/13/2004 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004   This complex has excellent location. It is walking distance to the Quarry, close to North Star Mall, and is walking distance to Target, and Walmart. However management, being (Cathy) is very difficult, thinks she knows it all and does not mind telling you to shutup when you ask a question when signing your lease. She needs to get a reality check. Often never in office.
