Noise, which includes people beeping their horn constantly at all hours of the night
Gate is open at all times when it is specified that this is a "gated community"
the manager told my friend who lives down from me. that he didnt have the money to get the part that the fire department requires them to have so they leave it open 24/7.
People living in a two bedroom apartment have more than the allowed number of residents therefore taking up more parking space therefore people have to park in other peoples coverd parking illegally.
The people directly below me turn up their music as early as 9:00 in the morning. i have called the management about that on a number of occasions...and nothing was dont. the manager actually told me that he would take care of it. and yet it still happens, pretty much daily.
I also called the management about someone parked in an unauthorized spot and he then again told me that he would walk over and take care of it.
i have a friends that lives a couple apartments down from me, she seen that someone was parked directly behind her car so that she couldnt back out, so she called and one of the employees said that she would "take care of it"...
I actually watched someone come home around 11pm to see that someone was parked in their covered spot, so they continuously beeped their horn for about 15 minutes then finally got mad and started raming the backend of the other car.
i called to have a new dishwasher installed and i marked the box...only come if you have an appointment beacuse i work all the time and i dont like people in my house when i am not home. but no, they did what they wanted and came in anyways.
the management constantly says that they are taking care of everything.
there is undoubtly illegal immigrants living with other residents. and in my lease it states that they would be evicted. nothing is being done about anything around here. i feel that if we wanted to move we should be able to without paying any fees since they cant fix anything around here.
i am pregnant and i came homr from work at 11:30 one night and someone was parked in my covered spot...not only did i just work for 9 hours i had to drive around for 10 minutes trying to find somewhere to park. when i finally di, it was clear on the other side of the complex. that right there is unacceptable. if i have to i will tell everyone i know DO NOT MOVE TO MARIPOSA APTS. and whatever else i have to do to get my words across. i am not going to harm anyone i am not going to break any laws but i will make sure that this company does not get any services.
i dont think anyone should have to live like this.
