We have never had a problem with the office staff and no mantinence call ever took longer than later that day. I am sad to be leaving here. I know my dog will miss the center courtyard. I remember the first time we came to look at the apartments we had never seen anything like it. It was like a scene from a Norman Rockwell painting. There was a huge green courtyard covered with trees and picnic tables. It was like a private park inside the complex. There was a family outside enjoying the evening with a bar-b-que, which is not at all uncommon. I have been looking for a new apartment only because we got a great deal on our lease so we signed an 18 month lease, but our lease is up and the rent is going back up to market price. Well worth it, if you ask me. The pool has never been closed that I know of and the fitness room has just about everything you need. There are complimentary bar-b-que- pits that you can roll around to wherever you want them along with plenty of picnic tables. This is definitely a place for a pet owner. Everyone here is like family when it comes to walking and talking about your respective pets. At around 6-7pm the courtyard is like "get to know your neighbor and their pet" time. The maintenece staff is the best at what they do and I have never had a problem with the apartment or the staff. The third floor views from the rear of the complex are priceless, assuming that you don't normally have a clear view of all of the NW area of San Antonio. Rent here if you can afford it or if you are lucky enough to get a special...you will in no way regret it, and if you do get a special, e-mail me and maybe we could split a 2 or 3 brm...lol
