Awful, Wreckless, Careless, RUDE! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/27/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   I don't know what everyone else sees in this place...We tried forr three months to get the incompetent maintenance team to come to our apartment to fix many many many things. It took legal action to make them get off their butts. The parking it awful! I always have to hike to get to my apartment, especially when I have groceries. The maintenence team DOES NOT know what they are doing! TWO DAYS AFTER THEY CAME TO FIX MY INTRUSION ALARM, IT CAUGHT ON FIRE!!!! There are fire trucks here every week. Many times, the trucks are here because of faulty wiring. All I have to say is you better have good renters insurance and be prepared to be lied to. Yeah the grounds are okay, with the courtyard full of trees, but the residents don't pick up their dos' poop and it smells. The pool always has rats in it, the gym always has broken equipment, and the computers, printers, and copiers in the business center never work. I have been here almost 2 years (due to my lease contract) am out in Decemeber and am thanking God that we are finally free!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
