Loud, Tactless Neighbors

This place is ok as far as older apartments go. The staff have all the personality and intelligence of a speed bump. The grounds on a scale of 1-10 are a solid 6. The residents, on the other hand, are a 2. Rude, inconsiderate, gauche, and low class. The fitness center is old, old, old. The gates have been repaired so many times that they will never, ever, be reliable - always breaking down. There's dog excrement everywhere. And, the breezeways are never cleaned. At my old complex, they used to water them down. Crusty dried bird poop and feathers layer the stairwells. Nasty! There are newer apartments that one can lease for less than this place.

Hmmm... It's clear that you have yourself confused with another property in the Deerfield area. Our fitness center has all brand new fitness equipment; about 2 months old. The gates are always working. In the year and a half I have worked here, the gates have been down twice for no longer than two days; due to negligence on a driver's behalf. So, as far as them being repaired all the time is a false statement. The breezeways are powerwashed as needed or by request of the residents. We even powerwash their patios for them, so to say we would even let our breezeways get that dirty is absurd. We take pride in our property and the grounds are beautiful! The landscaping and courtyards are some of the greatest assets to this apartment community. Please, make sure you can make true valid comments, ESPECIALLY about the correct property.

I have lived at the Marquis at Deerfield for 1 and a half years. Everything that allie82 says is correct. The staff is the most considerate of any that I have ever seen. The maintenance crew is very responsive and always very friendly and personable. All you have to do is make your request and it is taken care of. I don't know where rita.hayworth was living, but it was obviously not the Marquis at Deerfield. Keep up the good work you guys!!

I have been at Marquis at Deerfield for 2 years, and have never had any problems. The person making these remarks must be mistaken. I lived in a horrible complex before I moved here, and have been nothing short of amazed at the service, and everything else about this place. The maintenance is fantastic. I have called for stupid little things and someone has taken care of it same day! The grounds are very nice, and the common areas are clean. I will hate to leave this place when my house is built! I will miss so much...

I have lived here for almost 2 years. I have felt like the management has never given a sh** about any concerns. I have never had problems with the gate or the maintenance. However the comment about the breezeways getting clean is not true, the one in my building has looked the same since I have moved here, never cleaned. A serious situation actually happened that could have caused the complex to get sued because of another resident. Rather than sucking up to us, they sucked up to the other resident. Now most likely they will be seeing us in court when they could've acted like they cared about what happened this would not be happening. I have never been more excited about my lease end than I am now.

Yeah, allie is full of it, maybe if employees spent more time learning how to run a place properly and/or how to speak to residents in a proper manner, rather than monitoring the web, there wouldn't be any problems.

Allie is a one of the biggest bitches I've ever dealt with. Sucks for her that karma will come back and kick her in the ass one day.
