This complex is definitely NOT worth the high price you'll pay for a tiny apartment. I pay over $1 a square foot for my small one bedroom. I could get a better deal on a house! And the girls in the office are awful. I went in there to ask a question about something and the once-nice-to-me leasing agent didn't even give me a straight answer and left me standing there while she went back into her office to deal with something else. Now that I told them I won't be renewing my lease they're trying to do what they can to get me to stay.

The walls are paper thin and you can hear every footstep of the people above you. And don't even bother complaining about the noisy neighbors because nothing will be done about it.

The apartments are nice and kept up well, but it's not worth the price and rude management.

I agree, they lie to you to get you into a lease and then they do not hold up their end of the bargain. Supposedly rent is free if repairs are not completed within 48 hours, three weeks later, my problem was solved, but I got no discount. The girls in the office only want your money! Not worth it!

I agree also, I lived here about 3 years ago and thought it was WAY overpriced for a TINY apartment!

It's ok until they know you are moving out, then the attitudes get really crappy in the office. We have lived here a few years without anything super abnormal and generally had good experiences with the staff as a whole. New management in the office lacks some maturity/people skills beyond getting you to sign the lease. After that, you are no longer their monthly revenue goal. In fact, when you are ready to move on, be ready for the BS.
