My husband and I have lived her for more than 2 years and loved it. We re relocating to another state and only when we started looking for apartments there did we realize how spoiled we were here. We had a two bedroom end unit that our friends with houses envied. The windows are wonderful and the high ceilings a plus, though they do add to the heating a cooling costs, but are more than worth it for a home to be proud to show. We faced Huebner Road, which can be loud at times, but is by no means bothersome. I found the staff to be extremely helpful, friendly and polite, even when we had some minor maintenance issues. That being said, it helps to be polite and not demanding when talking with anyone who is in a position to help you. The maintenance crews would even leave us a note saying they had been in our apartment that day, even if it was just to change a light bulb in the high ceilings. We rarely heard our neighbors and only once in two years did I hear the then 2-year-old next door throw a tantrum and that was only because I was standing right next to one of our shared walls. There is a monthly cleaning service, which is wonderful. They won t wash your dishes or really deep clean, but I found that after a cleaning I could get the apartment sparkling in about half the usual time. One last thing, the complex is going through some fantastic upgrades, marble counter tops, beautiful faucets and much more.
