Manager is VERY RUDE From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/30/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   The Marquis at Legends are okay apartments, but they are selling to a new management company. Thats probably a good thing for the residents if the Manager ------ -------- leaves the property. ------ never speaks to the resident(s) unless shes trying to get more $ from them. So Be Careful. It is very important to know who the property manager is!
