Do not live here. It is very gross and the staff is NOT helpful. I heard they were closing down because nobody lives there anymore anyways. They cost the same as all the brand new student apartments. Would you rather stay in a dump or a nice new apartment for the same price'

Not true at all. I have lived here for over a year and the complex is not closing down. The staff is new and very very helpful. About the cost, you are wrong too Maverick Creek is a lot more affordable! Stop being so angry about everything.
