I lived there for 3 months. The apt was nice except that it has no microwave which is weird. I had a problem with the AC where it was not working properly. It was hot almost all the day long.
I had an issue with the water bill and according the office staff everybody was having the same problem and they never fixed it.
Many times the office staff said that they will call me back but they never did. I consider that RUDE.
I got the deposit back but with a charge of damaged blinds which I never did.
I would never recommend this property to any of my fiends unless it's the only option.
