Don't move here

The units are not bad but the maintenance and the office staff are horrible. I've had to call maintenance for the same problems several times, they never fix it the first time. I've called about my a/c 3 times and my fridge 3 times. I haven't had any more problems with either so I guess third times a charm. The office staff is VERY rude. They are all snobs and are not willing to help you without making you feel bad. The policies change all the time, you never know if you are following the rules because you never know for sure what they are. When you are signing the lease the office staff is so nice and friendly, you think you are moving into a great place. But as soon as you move in they could care less about you and your apartment. The carpets are also very cheap, they stain easily and NOTHING will get the stains out. I've tried all kinds of cleaners and nothing works. Its a pretty quiet place to live but its not very well lit at night. There are lightposts everywhere but I guess the apartments are too cheap to actually turn them on. There is only one pool and it is always dirty. There are leaves and dirt in there at all times, I've never seen anyone clean it. The place is dog friendly which I like, there are dog walking areas everywhere but you have to pay a pet rent, which I think is ridiculous. I'm in a one bedroom and it is way too expensive for the space and service that I get. There are a lot better places that are a lot cheaper around the same area so look elsewhere. There is also an ant problem in my building, I don't know if this is all over the complex or not. I have ants in my apartment all the time. There are HUGE ant piles all around the building that have been there for a while. I have no idea why they haven't been taken care of. Needless to say I will not be renewing my lease, I'm going to get out of here as soon as possible.
