I LOVE MY APARTMENT/AND THE AREA /MY DAUGHTER LOVES THE SCHOOL WE HAVE LIVED HERE SIX MONTHS AND ARE VERY HAPPY/GREAT STAFF TO VERY ATTENTIVE FOR AN OLDER COMMUNITY BETTER THAN THOSE $1000.00 APARTMENTS OUT THERE !!!

I'm glad that this complex has gotten better from what I can see of the reviews. When I was there (2001-2002) they were the pits. You had horrid maintainance and a management staff that couldn't have cared less. I wrote the owner of the property a letter and my intent on breaking my lease with "good cause". At around the time I left they had a totally new management staff that seemed to be somewhat competent and caring.
