I saw these apartments online and they looked great. It's off a busier street and when I got there, there were at least 3 large maintenance trucks with the people hanging out for their lunch break. No biggie, except it blocked every single entrance and I couldn't get IN to park. As I carefully drove over the broken glass, no doubt from whatever construction they were doing, I took a good look at the somewhat underwhelming apartments and left. Can't comment on the staff or inside, too scared away from the outside.

i went to look at these apartments and as i went in the door leading into the building was kicked in, gang graffiti all along the stirwell then inside the aprtment it was still filthy and the manager said it was ready to move in that day.
