I don't even know where to start we've lived here for a year and a half now.Thank God we are moving at the end of July. We've had roaches since day 1.I've done everything to get rid of them, but they come from the neighbors apartment. After we had been here for a few months I discovered a huge puddle in my hallway that turned out to be coming from my air conditioner. I called management and they said maintenance would be here soon.A few hours later I called back but it was after 3 so they had already left for the day. They "fixed" it late the next day, and that was the best experence I ever had with maintenance here. That leak has come back at least 10 times since we've been here. Not to mention the numerous plumbing leaks we've had.The carpet in our hall has been replaced 5 time and twice they've replaced parts of the carpet in my room.Of course I had to pretty much harass then to get that done. There are so many plumming problems here that we lose water for a few hours at least onece a week. This winter my pilot light on the heater kept going out.I called them everyday to get it fixed, then a couple of times a day. Then the neighbors apartment caught on fire,(one of 6 fires in 2 months), because of there malfunctioning heater and I threatened to call the news stations in town. They came out and fixed it after that. Then the air conditioner started leaking again a few months ago.I called the office and went over there several times a day for about 10 days and could never reach anybody. Finally we found out there are new owners and for some reason that meant we had no office staff for about 2 weeks.I thought well maybe new owners will be a good thing.LOL!I always have been a little to hopeful. The new manager said she'd have maintence out that day.The next day when we still hadn't seen them,we called the office only to find them unreachable again for a few days. So by now we've had a leak for over two weeks. My husband is having to use a shop-vac a couple of times a day to suck out the water, and my apartments is started to smell like mold.So I went down there and waited untill somebody who looked like they may be looking to move in here went in to the office and I started yelling at the manager about the leak and the fact that my apartment where my 3 year old has to live now has mold. They came right out to fix the leak but refused to do anything about the moldy carpet. Finally my husband ripped it out and dumped it in front of the front office.I haven't had carpet in my hall for about 4 months now.Thats my apartment, now the neighbors. The couple who lived upstairs when we first moved in had yelling matches several times a week, this would often culmenate right outside my bedroom window. They got evicted when they stoped paying rent and started stealing electricity. Then the hookers moved in. Yes honest to God prostitutes, there were men coming up and down the stairs everynight from 8pm till at least 2 am. My next door neighbor confirmed they were acctual hookers when one of them offered him her services. So while the hookers live here the fighting electricity stealers move back in!My husband went to the manager and asked how they could move these idiots back in and they told him they payed 3 months upfront and the complex couldn't discriminate against them. Finally the hookers moved out and the drug dealers moved in.Judging from the looks of the people that are constantly in and out of there I'd guess the're selling crack or speed. There is graffiti everywhere. The people who live in the front apartments get there cars broken in to frequently,we know one guy whos had his 2 cars broken in to 3 time in the past 6 months. Several of my neighbors own pitbulls. There is no hot water in the laundry room. The parking does kind of suck, but what really bothers me about the parking is that they won't reserve a space for the handicap boy who lives 2 doors down from me. I would say if your looking to get away with something and most of your stuff is waterproof come live here, otherwise RUN!

Wow, and I thought this place was bad when I lived there (around 2000-2002). Maybe they should just burn this complex down.
