THE STAFF IS THE WORST THING ABOUT THIS PLACE. THE ONLY REASON THEY PAY ATTENTION TO ME (GRUDGINGLY) IS BECAUSE I'VE COMPLAINED TO THE MANAGEMENT PROPERTY BEFORE. THEY GAVE US A 2ND FLOOR APARTMENT (INSTEAD OF THE GROUND FLOOR UNIT WE WERE PROMISED) AND DIDN'T FULLY DISCLOSE THE TERMS OF THE LEASE. THEY APPEASED US WITH A FREE WASHER AND DRYER WHICH THEY RENT OUT. THE MAINTENANCE GUY IS NICE AND FIXES THINGS QUICKLY, BUT GOOD LUCK GETTING PEST CONTROL TO COME. WE'VE RECENTLY HAD NOISY "LOUD AND PARTYING" NEIGHBORS MOVE IN BUT I HAVENT COMPLAINED YET BECAUSE I DONT WANT TO DEAL WITH THE STAFF AND I'M HOPING SOMEONE ELSE HAS A LOWER THRESHOLD FOR PAIN THAN I DO. THAT SAID, I'M ON A BUDGET AND WILL RENEW MY LEASE BECAUSE THIS IS THE BEST COMPLEX I'VE STAYED IN THUS FAR (COMPARED TO SANTA FE PLACE AND DAKOTA APARTMENTS). ITS RELATIVELY SAFE, QUIET, SCENIC, AND THE CROWD IS A FAIRLY RESPECTABLE MIX OF STUDENTS, IMMIGRANTS AND FAMILIES, SOME OF WHOM OWN THEIR APARTMENTS.
