All in all this is a pretty decent complex. I've never had problems with management, maybe it's because I approach things in a tactful manner.
The condition of my apartment was good when I moved in. They replaced the carpeting and the repair guys always came within a day or two of my calling. My boyfriend was waiting downstairs b/c he didn't have a key and the maintenance man called me just to make sure. My only qualms are that the blinds get stuck, the countertops are INCREDIBLY heat sensitive and melt or get stuck to things, and I had ants when I moved in. To which they say they sprayed for but the problem got progressively worse until I got traps. These were all nuisances but nothing detremental.
I've lived here about 3 months and so far the only problem I've had are my really noisy neighbors that just moved in. The point is they're loud and obnoxious and always have people coming in and out of their damn apartment. Their little girl screams at the top of her lungs and they stand right outside their door just yelling down to people at the bottom of the stairs. This is routine. I've asked them repeatedly in a non-confrontational manner to keep the noise level down,as we're in a quad and they have about three other neighbors on our level.
Other than that Mesa Ridge is pretty quiet. I live in the back so that might be why. I'm in college and I'm on a budget so these apartments were adequately priced and relatively safe.
