I remember my apartment. It was big(that's the only good thing about those apartments). But you are right. The kitchens are falling apart. Some of the maintenance people don't know what they are doing. I had a leak in the bathtub and it wasn't fixed properly until one of the other maintence man admitted it was done wrongly and they needed to knock the tile wall to fix it. They had ignored us about the leak for about three months. Everyday after work we had to mop it up. And Also, they put us in an apartment that was not the one they had promised us. The one we got was all jacked up. And yes, they say that there is a pet weight limit. But don't follow through with it. We saw Golden Retreivers and a Lab-Rottweiler pup there! Don't live here people!

The don't have a weight limit or claim to have a weight limit. The have a breed restriction list...and what's wrong with a golden retreiver LOL!?! They are dated but for the price and size they're worth it! Management has changed for the better and have noticed no major problems.
