I've read the previous reviews for this complex and I have to say that I cannot relate. I moved in at the end of January and the office staff has been nothing but nice to me. Sure, they are a little slow at fixing my things, but I've met Daryn, the new maintenance man, and I they seem to be on the right track. I love that there is always someone in the office that I can talk with and the girls seem very dedicated to "turning the property around" (how they phrased it). I leased my apartment in late November and I've seen a vast improvement on what the complex looks like now compared to then. I hope that the current staff stays for a while! I think that people should look more at the good than the bad and realize that they are trying.

Does this new maintenance drive a little ranger truck? Ask him who he screwed over to get the job he has!!Just wait til you move out and don't get your deposit back. You are a fool and MBS will get you in the end.

You are in for a big let down. MBS corp has a cash flow problem or either a really cheap owner. The problems lies with MBS and trickles down. You'll see how long it takes if you have a service request. Hopefully it will not be your A.C. this summer.
