THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE! VERY POOR MANAGEMENT, YOU CAN CHASE UNTIL THE COWS COME HOOME BUT NOTHING GETS FIX AROUND THIS PLACE.

NO SECURITY, THE GATE IS ALWAYS LEFT OPEN AND THE STAFF DON'T BOTHER TO RETURN YOUR CALLS.

Of course there is no "security". You can call any property and find that out. There might be courtesy officers who are in place to make sure the office and pools are secure and thats it. I f you have a problem call 911. As for gates.. It looks like that is the number one complaint amoung residents and you know the gates are NOT for security they are to help control traffic. Again you can contact in property and they will tell you that the gate are called Limited access gate or controlled entery gates. Saying the word security would hold the property liable for your security and the apartment communities are not resp. for the security of you or your property. If there is a problem then you would need to contact 911.Not every propert will have a courtesy officer. A court. officer is an off duty police officer or sherrif most if the time and are there for office needs. Any property will tell you that as well. And just to remind you that you are living in an apartment every commuinty in the san antonio area is going to have issues and are not going to be able to make everyone happy.

Actually, there is a courtesy officer. His name is Carlos and he is with SAPD. Should you need his assistance for noise complaints, etc. You simply call the answering service. If you have an emergency, call 911. As for the gates, if the residents and their guests will stop hitting them with their cars, repairs would not be necessary.

Is that all you do is to read comments written by residents and then write a response to defend MBS. Your wasting your time, no matter what you do, the TRUTH will be known and MBS will fall. I have made it my lifes goal is to bring MBS down. Are you wondering WHO I am.....keep wondering....

Nice of you to put that response on this web site. Now it's clear that you have personal issues with MBS and it's not the property that is fault. Thanks for your comments!!!

Sorry to say, it is the property, every property that MBS manages, they are all the same. The property is a reflection of the management company. All MBS properties are ran into the ground. Name one property that MBS manages in Texas that isn't ran down. Come on, name just one.
