Management refuses to respond to any requests--maintenance, safety conditions, etc. Recently, noise has become a tremendous problem. Due to high vacancies, Mirada is now renting to substandard tenants. Some of these tenants are incredibly loud--waking me up 4-5 nights a week between 2 and 4 am. I have complained--management said call the police. I did--nothing. Management refuses to act and now I must move to get some sleep. In short, Mirada is horrible.

I fully agree, there are way too many pot smoking drug taking young hoodlums with apparently no jobs or any meaningful usefullness to society being allowed to rent here. This place sucks.
