TYPICAL MBS PROPERTY From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/2/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007 1 response   Mirada will continue to go downhill as long as MBS is the property management company. MBS sucks everything they can from a property. I lived at a former MBS property, The View at Encino Commons, When MBS left, the apartments were destroyed. My friend who lives at the Mirada said a new maintenance man has arrived. My friend said she knows this guy from another property and had nothing good to say about him. Not good for the residents.
