Why the hell do I have to pay electricity when window are closed and u can still feel a huge draft, sometimes windows dont close or open, six months went bye and they still haven't fixed the heater it works sometimes if i hit it hard enough with a hammer, the ceiling on the bathroom and kitchen fell down a couple of times, complained on neighbors smoking weed, running about at 3 in the morning, shooting guns, writing grafiti on cars and they are still there six months after, smoke alarm goes off everytime u cook because there are no hood vents in the kitchen, washer area flooded for 2 weeks before they did something one drier still doesn't work after a year, called them to fix running toilet still running after six months,potholes bursted a tire on my car they are not resposible, I have to light a match everytime I use the stove, There were rats and roaches on the apartment so they called the exterminator later maintnance came and filled the apartment with rat traps and raid. vegetable trays on the fridge are broken, can't put up curtains cause corners are hollow taped over and painted, parts of my bathtub are brown or should I say rusted,they slipped a note under my door that said I get a hundred dollars off if I renew my lease they didn't give it to me because I changed from an upstairs to a down stairs. Can never send my wife to the office because their staff always give her a hard time I always end up having to go after she does.all this besides what the person on THIS PLACE IS A GARBAGE wrote. the only thing I found nice was that u never run out of hot water.
